AC Recharge

The average temperature has been 100+ lately and ive been stuck wondering...Is this what the AC is spuuosed to feel like or does it need some help. So I took it to the local firestone to get checked and sure enough it was 7 oz low on freon. They also added some dye to help identify any leaks in the system.
