Retrofit Headlights

Well after the fiasco with BXBuilt closing their doors and leaving me out to dry on the headlights I ordered I got lucky with OPT Offroad. They happened to have the same thing I was trying to build with BX in stock and ready to ship. Granted, it was a few hundred more but all I had to do was bolt them in and wire them up.
Ive been lacking with the pics the past 2 jobs, but this was a spur of the moment install. I was already out and doing something else and thought "I can throw these headlights in real fast"
And it was fast. Coming ready to install I didn't have to bake the glue off or paint the housing or even align the bulbs. Literally just a few 10mm bolts and they were done. I love the all amber look so I spliced my sitchback halos to the DRLs with some solder and electrical tape.
The hardest thing, at least for me trying to make everything perfect, was the wiring. Hiding the wires and trying to not make a big birds nest is always hard but it turned out ok. There wasn't a lot of excess wire in the harness, which was nice, and I was able to tuck it all pretty much out of sight.
Really happy with the looks and the amount of light these put out. Cant wait to try it on the way to work in the morning.
